Wow! Isn't that interesting! I've never seen a shortbread cookie recipe made with margarine before. I must try this. Margarine is sure cheaper to buy than butter, at least it is here in Canada. Butter is over $3 or $4 a pound. Every once in a while, it'll go on sale for $2.99, but not very often. Or, perhaps, $3.29. Thanks for this one. But I do love the buttery taste it has.
