PINWHEEL COOKIES 1/4 c. butter 1 c. sugar 1 sq. unsweetened chocolate 1 egg 2 tsp. baking powder 2 tbsp. milk 2 c. sifted flour 1/4 tsp. vanilla Cream the butter and sugar, and add the eggs and milk. Add the sifted dry ingredients and the vanilla and stir until thoroughly combined. Divide the dough into equal portions. Put chocolate in one portion and leave chocolate out of the other portion. Roll on floured board. Put one portion on top of the other. Roll, then slice. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
