Almond Jello (Chinese Gelatin Dessert) Ingredients 1 pk knox gelatin 1 c water 1 c milk 1 tb almond extract 1 ts sugar Instructions Boil the water Use boiling water to dissolve the gelatin and sugar. Add milk and stir. Add in almond extract. Stir. Gel in a square pan in the refrigerator. When gelled, cut into squares. Tonya
