Grand Slam Drop Cookies
Ingredients:
2-1/2 cups  flour, sifted 
1 cup     butter or margarine
1 tsp.     baking soda 
1/2 tsp.       baking powder 
1 cup     each sugar, brown sugar 
1 tsp.     salt 
2            eggs 
1 cup     each coconut, shredded; crispy rice cereal 
1/2 cup       chopped pecans 
Directions
       Heat oven to 325º F. (165º C.)  Cream
first 7 ingredients. [thru salt]  Add eggs, one at a time, mixing with
an electric mixer after each.  Stir in coconut, crispy rice cereal and
pecans.  Chill dough for 10 minutes.  Drop by tsp. on ungreased
cookie sheet.  Bake 10 minutes at 325º F.
