Caraway Brussels Sprouts 1 tsp olive oil 3 tbsp finely chopped red onion 1/4 tsp caraway seed 1 lb. fresh Brussels sprouts, halved vertically 1/3 c. water 1/2 tsp chicken-flavored instant boullion 2 tsp lemon juice Dash pepper
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add onion and caraway seed. Stir for one minute. Add Brussels sprouts and cook and stir for one minute. Add water and bouillon, reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 6 to 10 minutes or until Brussels sprouts are crisp-tender. Stir in lemon juice and pepper.
