Roast Beef With Gravy
 
Makes 6 to 8 servings
 
3 pounds rump or round roast
Minced garlic, salt and  pepper
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of  mushroom soup
1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed beef  broth
 
Place roast in a slow cooker. Rub with  salt, pepper, and garlic. Pour
In condensed cream of mushroom soup and  condensed beef broth. Cook on
Low for about 8 hours. Or, if using a  larger cut of beef, use a
Roaster and cook at 325 degrees F for  approximately 20 to 25 minutes
Per pound until internal temperature of  the meat reaches 145 (medium
Rare) or 160 (medium) degrees F. During  the last hour, add red, or
White potatoes, peeled and quartered,  carrots,
Onions, and other root vegetables, if  desired.
