Or, if using a larger cut of beef, use a Roaster and cook at 325 degrees F for approximately 20 to 25 minutes Per pound until internal temperature of the meat reaches 145 (medium Rare) or 160 (medium) degrees F. During the last hour, add red, or White potatoes, peeled and quartered, carrots, Onions, and other root vegetables, if desired.
