COPPER PENNIES-Charmaine

 

2 lb carrots sliced thin

 

Salt and cook for 10 minutes or until done, but not mushy; drain.

 

Add to carrots:

1 medium onion, sliced thin

1 green pepper, sliced thin

1 can tomato soup

1/2 cup oil

Salt

1 tsp dry mustard

1/2 cup sugar

 

Refrigerate overnight.
