Yup,
The High court in Mabo accepted an indigenous population at the time of the
commencment of colonisation at "over one million." In 1920 the population was
estimated at 40,000 indigenous First Nation people (I hesitate to use the word
Australian as this is assimilatory).
Thats more than 10% Mr Heron, and it was achieved without gas and a world war
as cover.
Aboriginal men die 20 years earlier than their non-indigenous
counterparts,thats more than 10%.
Aboriginal infant mortality....
