If it is about using anything else than flashplayer, then there are plenty of other options: Skype wit Api, anything homegrown based on open source libs and codecs and in the near future hopefully http://www.vwho.net (which really has unbelievable sound and video quality, small footprint and minimal resources requirements). But we want something based on the flasplayer, because that is easy to develop crossplattform (compared to other options)  and currently the ONLY thing which is NO hassle to install for the user.

exactly, like screensharing... problem is that, as you said, it is NOT flash player. it's breezeplayer
