Anyway...if you still want to make a video out of it, try ffmpeg... it makes video out of sequences.
Just for the records, the jpg loading can be real-time as streaming....

The application that I am developing must obtain images of the IPCam and must Stream to N different Clients.
The problem is that the IPCam gives JPEG's images and Red5 just can Stream FLV videos.
Somebody knows some solution for this problem.
