Thanks, this works fine but wildcards don't seem to work e.g
*.mydomian.com; if I have this in it just denies all access. Am I doing
something wrong or is this not supposed to work?

Thanks

Russell

you can use red5-web.properties to restrict where the calling client can
connect from using the following property:
webapp.virtualHosts

Also, you could add authentication security to your application so that
a user would authenticate before being able to play a stream.

Hello,

Is there a simple mechanism within Red5 to only allow the stream to be
called from a particular website, something like the crossdomain.xml
file or does one have to do it in the java webapp?

Thanks
