OK great this works, sorry I mean I was not sure if the rtmps protocol 
worked. There is a port for 1936 already setup for the debug proxy if 
enabled but not really sure what the debug proxy is. I guess this is a 
standard SSL arrangement so will need a signed one. Flash 9 brings up 
the SSL cert confirmation for you, I was worried it wouldnt for testing etc.
