Nah. This basically means that 1.1 GB of memory is used for actual "code" 
and "data" of applications, and the rest is used as I/O-buffers and 
blockdevice-cache (because only 25MB is actually free of the four gigs 
total).

So, you're very much below the limit of a high application memory load. ;-)
