Do I set it on the broadcaster side or on the viewer side?
Im using the latest & greatest version of the server.

You prob want either 0 or 50% for audio silence level correct ? Make sure you have the latest red5 release or svn, previous ones had frame dropping problems. We get them still but randomly, frames are perfect.
