Hi, We've got this problem where every so often we'll be unable to even get to the RD login screen. It just hangs until the browser eventually times out. We've found that when this happens, in the Task Manager there's only one RedDot-owned dllhost.exe instead of the usual two. If we kill that one RD-owned dllhosts.exe process, two new processes start and the login screen immediately shows.
RD and Microsoft support haven't been able to find the cause of it yet, but having to log in at random times during the day and night to fix it is getting old. Anyone else ever experience a problem like this?
