Same here... we got the same from Red Dot support upgrade to the
latest version and is "should" fix things. But the trend for us seems
to be that it occurs during large publication jobs. We have an
overnight job that triggers around 12:30am, and sometimes that job
just hangs until the next morning when we restart the services.
