There is a setting that you can change in Project --> General
Settings. Uncheck the option that says 'ClosePage RedDot saves pages
as draft'. This way, when a user closes a page, it is automatically
released. I think that should work. I am using workflows, and closing
the page automatically submits that page into workflow.
