I've always stayed away from that option. What does that imply? The
LiveServer Content Groups are "virtual" and at the end of the day, what
separate one file from the other is the file name and extension.

So if you check that box and happen to have two or more html type content
groups and they all have a file "index.htm". Which file does LiveServer
serve when the borwser calls cps/rde/xchg/project_name/hs.xsl/index.htm?

I always thought that to avoid that, one needs to have files unique
project-wide, not just content-group-wide. But I have never tried it.

But would there be any problem in your case?
