Hi Kormal, I am a little surprised that you have solved the issue that way - you should check that your LS project is set with the matching "name uniqueness" setting otherwise you may cause yourself some unexpected problems. Look in the Project's "General Settings" page - there is a check box at the bottom for name uniqueness.
Frederic's suggestion is the correct way to address your issue. For the record, the option is labelled "Release after import" and it is a setting on a LiveServer Publication Folder. The name uniqueness setting allows two pages in different groups in LS to have the same filename. This then requires pages be addressed with the Group Name and File Name, rather than simply the File Name alone. We had "mixed" results with this option - some things become easier and others harder.
