O/S: Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition – Service Pack 2 DB : Microsoft SQL Server 2005 9.0.4035 (Service Pack 3)
During the CMS (RedDot CMS 7.5 SP1 HF7 (7.5.1.39)) Installation I am having the following problem. After the restart, when the installer tries to create CMS Databases I have the following error: “Return value from server – 2147023170 Automation Error. The remote procedure call failed” and “XML function CreateIoAdministration failed or user aborted. 1000 Error Passing XML to server failed”. After these messages the installation stops. I have noticed that the databases IoAdministration and IoApplication did not created on sqlServer. The Install Error Log has the following content "PassXML|Errormessage returned: Returnvalue from Server: |-2147023170|Automation error The remote procedure call failed. |17/03/2009 17:24:47 CreateOnServer2|XML-function CreateIoAdministration failed or user aborted.|1000|ERROR: Passing XML to Server failed|17/03/2009 17:24:48 CreateDefaultDatabases2|Error generating main Databases: Status Administration-DB: NOT GENERATED!
