Hi Jason, We did have this configuration initially, and the only issues I can report were around the Verity component. We had RedDot in with the Aussie Verity support team beside them scratching their heads and trying different hacks for weeks though in the end we bit the bullet and moved away from a LS configuration.
We still run RD 7.5.2.16 on a virtual server; with similar configuration to RayE's (except only 4gb RAM - as W2K3 isn't the Enterprise version) and while there have been some complaints about speed we think these were/are related to the preload configuration of the server. Word to the wise, if you're seeing slowdowns, the first place to find these is in the COM+ Objects via the System Logs.
