We are recieving 'You are not authorized for this page' in all our projects except for 1 in our dev environment. The error appears in smart edit mode and preview mode. It seems that this started happening when McAfee was installed on our CMS server (7.5.1.86). We have done the following since:
Uninstalled McAfee Rerun 7.5.1.86 upgrade Forced re-run of the full installation Exported project (without admin settings) and reimported (without admin settings) Applied COM and DCOM settings modifications Cleared all cms cache Cleared all event logs Reset IIS security settings All with no effect. I changed the flags=1024 setting in the rdserver.ini file to flags=0 (we are using nav mgr but wanted to see what would happen). This gets rid of the error message. However when I access smart edit after making this change my content is all messed up (squished all to the right) and the top navigation is missing. This same behaviour across all the projects that were experiencing the 'you are not authorized..' error message. I'm wondering if anyone has any other idea's??? I'm working on this with OpenText support but have not been able to resolve. Even though it's our development environment there is a huge impact (we are doing content migration and end user training) to our implementation project. Any thoughts would be appreciated. thanks! --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RedDot CMS Users" group.
