This is a new issue that I noticed just yesterday. This project hasn't gone
live yet and I've just wanted an editor to go over the content before I publish
the site but he could not get Smart Edit to work. I tried it with different
users and it was the same issue.

No, I have not exceeded my Reddot licenses.

Hi Arsalan,

is this problem new and did appear suddenly?
I would guess, that the project is a copy and has not been released to
other editors.

Greetings,
Ingo
