I managed to get hold of some training material from the RedDot guys in UK on how to use the Import Manager when i was over there last year, however i only have a hard copy of it.
Im not sure if this is something they give you if you attend a course, or if it comes bundled with the actual product - perhaps get in contact with RedDot/Open Text and see if they can help you..
