Have you tried to access files inside the centrally located log folder
manually (with Windows Explorer) from each server in the cluster while
logged in as the local RedDotUser account?

A local user with the same username and password across servers should
be fine ( as it will generate the same token used in authentication ),
but it will be good to rule this out.
