Hi guys We have a news section in our website (www.hw.ac.uk/news-events/news.htm) where the top two stories are pulled through to the www.hw.ac.uk homepage. Now and again, the image from the story disappears from the news article and/or the homepage.
Has anybody experienced images being removed from the server? The HTML code still links to the image but the image is no longer on the server. We can resolve by ticking both 'Always replace media files' and 'Clear page builder cache before publication' but it shouldn't be happening in the first place - anybody have any ideas?
