I'm afraid you've destroyed your Windows installation. :( Once you remove
a Windows partition, replace it with a Linux one, then format it, you've
destroyed your Windows data.
If you did make room for Linux using some "safe" method such as FIPS, or
by using space that had never been allocated to Windows, then by all means
feel free to restore your original partitions using fdisk. You will run
the risk of destroying Linux (which is probably not going to bother you at
this point) but you might get your Windows stuff back. (then again, you
might not). You certainly can't make things any worse.
