This is an addendum to my last post, "gory details about my IPX".

I didn't include the mars-nwe log file. Here it is for one of the
machines (the other one looks pretty much the same):

NWSERV   0:Starting Version: 0.99pl2
NWSERV   0:DEVICE=eth0, FRAME=802.3, NETWORK=0x0
NWSERV   0:SERVER name='ALICE', INTERNAL NET=0xc0a80126,
NODE=0x00:00:00:00:00:01
NWSERV   0:USE_PERMANENT_OUT_SOCKET enabled
NWSERV   0:IPX_MAX_DATA=1058, RW_BUFFERSIZE =1024

One thing I notice here is the "0:DEVICE:" line; it seems to be setting
up eth0, but later when I cat /proc/net/ipx_interface, only the internal
interface shows up (see post immediately previous to this one for the
actual printout).

If I add eth0 manually, it shows up and sticks around, but of course it
still doesn't actually work.
