You need to take a look at the PCMCIA-HOWTO and edit the
/etc/pcmcia/config.opts file. This allows you to allocate IRQ's and I/O
space to specific drivers.
For example, for my Xircom CEM33 ethernet/modem card I have
module "xirc2ps_cs" opts "irq_list=3"
in there, to make it use IRQ 3...
