Your best course is to setup a diskless kickstart upgrade. This is particularly effective, given the number of servers you have to upgrade. This is not a trivial undertaking, but the time you invest in getting it configured correctly will definitely reward you when you start having to install/upgrade multiple identical servers. Check out the diskless HOWTO over at tldp.org. Get familiar with the kickstart process using the docs over at redhat.com. Configure a local lab environment to test everything, then have a similar server setup at the remote site.
