Neither ppp nor minicom seem to support 28800. It is an internal ZOOM
fax/modem.
If I tell either program 19200 it works fine, just slower.
Ohh.... I think I see what you mean! When your computer talks to you modem,
it talks faster then the actual speed of the modem (It does this because
*occasionally* your throughput will be faster then 28800 due to compression
and if your computer talking to your modem at this "higher" speed, it would
be worthless). So the speed you want for a 28800 is actually 57600. For a
33600 you will want 115200. Hopefully this will help...
