There are two ways of looking at this. Those of us who consider
ourselves regular users of the internet may be taken aback by emails in
capital letters. However the emails that do appear in caps tend to be
from newbies who havent got to grips with net etiquette. So it's best to
point it out to that particular person that caps often means shouting. I
never get upset with these emails, often caps is not intended to be
taken as shouting.
