It's not if you are not worried about who will be getting into your
machine. It is really no worse than anyone's computer that is not locked
in a secured room since anyone can gain root access if the machine is
availible. I have been working in Linux for a couple of years and tend to
have security issues more in mind so I must have said that out of habit :)
No LAN, no prying eyes (or fingers) then why not ?
Let me know if it works I did most of my post off the top of my head but
believe I remembered all the steps.
