For what it's worth, I had a client with the old Wyse terminals.  They
wanted PC's instead.  I replaced the Wyse terminals with PC's and installed
some third party terminal emulation program.  Worked well, they are now on
100 Base T rather than their old serial connections.

You need a terminal or terminal emulator to do this (serial video).

Yes, your WYSE terminals are exactly what it's intended for (They are serial
comm devices).

No, Never done it, don't know how (Although, I _am_ curious).
