What it's worth at least you should update to samba-2.0.7-4. RPMs are
available at the RH support site.

What do you mean by the "third one"?
When asking questions about Samba, it is always useful to send your
/etc/samba.conf file to the list.
The directory /usr/doc/samba-version/docs also contains a lot of information
that probably will help to solve your probleml.
