That info is in most books, MS knowledgebase & Technet, if I was you I
would set the Windows box as master because its native, but thats up to
you....if there is multiple windows boxes, including any 95/98 boxes, then
these also are able to become masters, even in an NT domain or network
(most stupid idea, or rather, one of the stupid ideas)
