He's probably talking about "new and improved up2date", the one which
came with Red Hat Linux 7 (I never used up2date before 7, I just didn't like
it. The new one is cool.). This has been released for Red Hat Linux
6.x, and you can find it in the updates directory for 6.2 - you'll
need at least openssl, new python and python-xmlrpc.
