I also use @Home and in my area while they only support DHCP, if you go
into their website, you can find your IP and set yourself up as static.

To do this I have to go to:
http://home-members.excite.com/m_homenetworking/overview.html
Click on View Your IP Address
Sign In
Click On View Current Addresses
At the bottom of the next page, I have:
"PC Users:
If you must configure your settings manually (not recommended), please go
to the manual configuration page."

"manual configuration" is a link to the page that shows me the IP address
for each computer I've got on @Home.  It also warns me that:
1.  Support will change me to DHCP if I have connection problems
2.  That the IP is subject to change without warning and if I were to use
DHCP; I'd never see the change.
