NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BAD THING! BAD THING

In my opinion, and that of may people I know, ATX is the son of the devil -
often requiring satanic rituals to get it to work right. Oh, and when it's
off - it isn't. You board's still powered up and using electricity (okay,
only a bit but it's there). Also, the power outlet is not switched, which
means that if you have your monitor, printer, scanner, speakers........
hanging off the back of your box, they won't turn off automatically.

Unless you have a newer AT motherboard, you will need to replace that too as
ATX uses different connectors. If you don't have a newer case, you'll
probably have to replace that too as the edge connectors are in different
places, and (possibly) also the screws.

Save yourself your sanity and a lot of trouble and stay where you are.
