Sorry David, but I think you're wrong. The extra documentation yo can find on 
MySQL speaks of all the non-SQL stuff in it.
Any way, with the great amount of docs that come with PostgreSQL (I have the 
7.2 docs on my web server to read consistently) it's more then enough. The 
rest, buy a good SQL hand book.
