For my money, the Rays remain the team to beat this season. Not only have they added a big bat (I had concerns that they might have signed Manny, but they've got players who most likely will have better seasons this year: Longoria, Upton, Pena (maybe.) They've got the same studs in the rotation and they're tossing in Price who was dominant at the tail end of the playoffs. I also think they still have a fairly deep farm system.
