Wow, sorry, guys didn't mean to open the floodgates - noobs should be seen and not heard for a while!
I would be very disappointed if the Sox did knock down Fenway. There really isn't a way to do it, anyways, since my original post would only work if they were able to put it in the exact same place, and there is no way that would be accomplished in 5 months! And I would hate to see "Fenway" anywhere else, it is part of the fabric of that part of town. I was happy that the previous owners didn't get the waterfront plan done. And I do agree with the 'good seat, good impression' perspective to a certain extent, however when I went last year, I had awesome seats and left with the impression that while it was fun, it might have been so much better. Maybe I need to try the Monster seats next time.....
