On the positive side, its refreshing to see what a business team can
do if they have some imagination and love for the space.  The previous
owners, whose names should be stricken from our history, hated the
place and whined and complained about how they needed to tear it down.

The new owners saw mortgage-free real estate and loved the place.
They put in the block party out front, they broke down the wall behind
the 1st base grand stands, and they put a very cool bar under the
center field bleachers.  They also improved the sound.

So Fenway is a lot better than it was before the new guys.
