It's not a "side deal", it's just the timing of the deal - the start date - that they are setting. That kind of thing is fine, but it just means the "customer", A-Gon in this case, could still change his mind. That makes me a little uneasy - but I'm sure it will be fine. Glad to hear Heyman had it wrong.
