The balks were crazy bad too. In my son's U15 league, when a pitcher balks like that the umpire usually stops the game to explain the rules to the kid.

Kudos. Two balks in one inning when none of those guys were even likely to be running, or were leading far off bases. He's got something weird going on in his head. Someone's got to sit him down and tell him "pretend that Terry Francona is still here and the baserunners don't mean a damn." Buchholz had a similar problem when he came up ... now he just gives up home runs so he doesn't have to deal with runners.
