Standard BOCA and UBC codes are 40PSF live load 10PSF dead load for common
rooms such as living rooms dining rooms etc and 30PSF live load for
bedrooms. that is a uniformally distributed load across the entire floor.
A person standing on one leg or even a smaller tank would be considered a
point load, or a concentrated load, and as such are treated differently.
