Not sure If anyone will have any experience with this skimmer.  Basically a reef devil type skimmer run with the biggest mag drive pump (I think 2500 gph).  Very big though.  Probably 8 to 10 inches in diameter.  Guess I was just thinking about the difference between a down draft and airstone type skimmer but I am sure there are many variances in each kind of skimmer.  I also guess with all who have Ron's skimmers no one has anything bad to say about it and say it works great I should just stick to that.  Probably start out with one though and take it from there.
