Yea, that would be a good reason not to trust them!! I have found that if
you put a rubber washer on both sides of the bulkhead, that helps a lot.
Also, you can silicone the part of the bulkhead that goes on the inside of
tank and that generally keeps them from leaking. Maybe doing one or both of
these will help you cure the bulkhead blues!!
