Sounds like RFI or EM. You could try buying an isolated outlet at your
local hardware store to see if that does the trick or a power strip which
filters or better yet a UPS. Also, you may want to test the outlet to make
sure it is wired correctly. There are testers that just plug in which will
tell you. Maybe you have a bad ground? Good luck!
