I would say transfer what water you can from the 30 to the 90, some of the
sand to wouldnt hurt. That way the bacteria you need will get a head start.

Hey folks,
I am upgrading from a 30 gallon to a 90 gallon. I want to try to do this
with as minimal cycle as possible in the 90 gallon. The tanks can be set up
and run at the same time as they will be in different locations. Any
suggestions on how to do this quickly without creating a mess or dead
animals.
